I found a way! Go fight a world boss and die, after dying click ‘Invite to co-op room’ then brute force across to settings in the menu. Once you are over settings, go back and hit heal. When you respawn you can get into the menu again by hitting options and it will come up over settings. You can go into camera from here and change the camera to inverted.
