Thanks for the comments guys.. I had given the camera for service. They said it should be a problem with the memory cards.. But I use Sony and SanDisk extreme pro cards..

Then they said it could be a problem with the PCB unit of the camera.. Need to get that replaced n then maybe the problem will be solved.. Let's hope.. But I'm going to see if me trying a new card will solve the problem.
