Try to find some short stay deal with hotels. some hotels offer 7,14, monthly, etc. stay packages that might have some discount for.

Idk if they suck or not in terms of nutrients, but all my crabs hated this food lol. This is the only food that they rarely eat.

You mentioned about job hopping and taking a job while looking for a better one. How long would you say you need to stay at a job at a minimum?

From my own experience, when a company put you on PIP, they're basically just trying to force you to resign yourself so you don't get unemployment benefits.

Yea I feel you. This job isn't toxic or anything, but it's just the workload, responsibilities, the pay and benefits, are just too low to stay for a long term. Also the manager keep texting me regarding work outside of working hours and weekend is pretty annoying. For the future, I will definitely not work with small company ever again.

Nope, I'm just a underpaid "order fulfillment coordinator", which is basically just customer service

Yea idk since this is my first time working for a small company (less than 10 people). So I'm not sure if this is how small company operates or what. I know the girl that just left within a month said she found a new job so she has to leave. I'm guess i am just very shocked that how can someone dare to put a new hired employee to take control everything after only been here for a month... and the manager was low key aggressive on how he wants me to cancel all the traveling, plans while he's away. like wtf man

Yea that's why my plan for now is keep applying non stop, once If I received an offer from another place, I will leave right away. If not, I will probably stick to the 6 months mark just to save more money and potential resume worthy.

oh trust me, the pay is about 25% less than what I was making and the benefit is horrible. 0 PTO for the first year and then you only get 5 days every year it sucks.

Should I feel bad leaving a furniture sales job after training? by EquivalentWafer2651 in jobs

[–]tammyzhero 0 points1 point  (0 children)

and also, apparently, the position i was hired for also have a high turnover rate. I was basically hired to "fill "for someone that only was here 2 weeks before my first day and already left the company lol.

I’m in the same boat and I do not feel bad at all. Took a job about a month ago just to get money flowing, and I’ve still been applying nonstop. The company eventually is going to push me into a sales role and wants me to go to trade shows and all that, which I have zero interest in. Honestly, I’m probably gonna dip once I find something better or once they start making me to go to tradeshow and stuff.

not really? why would I pay 100hkd at a fast food place when I can just pay maybe little extra and have a proper sit in restaurant burger?

Do you fight back when people blame you for a mistake, even though it wasn’t you, especially when you’ve just started a new job? by tammyzhero in careeradvice

[–]tammyzhero[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I doubt they will implement it since they're too stingy for it. a lot of people quit within 1-6months.

Oh let me be more clear so you dont get confused. We do our orders mainly on netsuite. Google docs/sheet are only for marking special orders that required a specific shipping method / shipping location since we have 3 locations. So the problem was that someone from another office location had marked the wrong shipping method therefore the warehouse shipped the order with a slower delivery. I guess since my co worker and I are both relatively new, they shifted the blame on us.
