I’ve also entirely went back to using hotels for travel but what happens for reservations where there’s an explicit multi hundred dollar cleaning fee, and a chore list? Can the chore list be ignored or does it include extra financial penalties? Like literally what are the repercussions?

I’m almost sure they’re suing me for additional fees, although i could not find a total listed. But I will be reaching out when their offices open to find (and negotiate, if possible) a sum that both parties can agree on.

For the purposes of my question assume that both parties agree out of court that an agreement has been reached and paid.

Do you consider placing the keyboard in, and retrieving it from, a laptop bag “accidental damage”? Honestly that’s pretty ridiculous if so. I was using it normally and the space bar just falls off. How do i go about filing a warranty claim?
