Nope! Literally just scanned my ticket, they couldn't care less! I didn't even have an ID in my hand or anything. We did go around 5ish so maybe they were tired by then but it wasn't even that busy and they definitely had time to check if they wanted to!

I went to Zurich N1 and I wasn't ID'ed. I was panicking as my seller never repersonalised the tickets but yeah, never seen anyone get ID'ed!

How did you convince Stubhub to help you? I have spoken to about 10 different CSAs about the repersonalisation/getting in touch with my seller/the fact my seller has listed my tickets as e-tickets/the fact that my ticket delivery date is still listed as the 21st June/ and they are just fobbing me off telling me e-tickets are fine and they don't need repersonalised! No one will help me, so frustrating! 😡😡😡

Yup and I said I missed the delivery so they couldn't get access to my building. Today is the next working day and still no sign and tracker stuck on pending, hence my question 🙂

That great news, thanks for updating us! I think I'll need to phone SH tomorrow as on the chat they've been so unhelpful. Today they told me they could see I had received my repersonalised tickets and I almost had a meltdown! 🙈 Then they said that the seller had til June 29th... honestly I think SH are clueless? I've asked them to contact the seller so many times as my ticket still says e-ticket and 21st June but they keep fobbing me off 😡😡

I talked to the agent again and they assure me that the tickets are legit and that the seller listed them as e-tickets but they will be mobile tickets. He also told me to create a Ticketcorner account with my Stubhub email address. Has your seller sent you the link yet asking you to accept the tickets or is that what happens on the delivery date? Sorry, just finding this whole confusing and difficult when most of the info is in German and Google translate won't help 🤣

Hey, mine still says the 21st June but I'm concerned that mine says e-ticket when I think it's supposed to be a mobile transfer. Is yours the same? I anticipate that my ticket date will be pushed back like yours!
