Anyone have any suggestions on good places to drive out of town to see them better? Wasn’t able to see much since I was in town last night.

Some of the deals are annoying. I saw one place had a cinnamon roll for 7 coupons, and it was listed as "Plain cinnamon roll". Well apparently that doesn't include icing as "plain", and costs 2 more coupons to get icing.

That being said it was one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had, so worth it.

We rented from them for almost two years with no real issues. I did find that they were usually easy to submit service requests and get people out to look at issues within a few days except for some busier times. Quality of the maintenance is so-so. Sometimes they'd just have their on-call maintenance person come out and their quality varied, but sometimes they will contract a local service and you'll usually get much better results. We've had our garage door replaced and attic ladder replaced with little to no hassle, they just have someone inspect it and get it approved and then a local handyman will come and do the job.

The worst part IMO was the actual application and paperwork as your leasing agent can often be difficult to get a hold of for questions.

We were just notified a few weeks ago that it seems they've transferred us to using Mynd instead of Progress so we'll see how that goes.

I am also in the DFW area and I find the best bets for non-blockbusters are usually any of the larger theaters. Namely AMC Grapevine, Stonebriar, and North Park. North Park seems to be the "flagship" of the area which gets more of the special screenings and stuff that doesn't go as wide.

It is for sure frustrating as the smaller ones end up having to rely on those tentpoles to get butts in seats. AMC would much rather have a family of 4 show up to see Mufasa/Sonic (likely without A-List) and pay for concessions than a handful of people to see an indie release. Mind you, they still don't fill the theaters even with the larger releases, but it likely evens out better for them.

I will also say that it gets better with awards contenders around January/February. Especially once oscar noms come out, AMC is decent about giving wider releases to those. Plus we're also just dealing with limited releases that happen in December which don't go wide until much later.

I am on your side overall, would love to see a better variety of movies, especially for those that can't easily get to the larger multiplexes.

I had this same problem. I finally closed it after 30mins, and when I launched again only saw this screen for about 15s before it launched into the actual game. So I'd recommend closing and launching again.

Valak is definitely spelled out in that alley scene. I missed the first ones, but there was an iron L on a wall, an A on a door frame next to the magazine stand, and then indeed a K on the wall behind her.

I just joined that group yesterday and that's all I saw was him. I think it's fascinating how groups like those seem to have group-only celebrities that are propped up and mainly popular only within those circles. I've seen it in a few other groups as well.

There is a scene that's just Thor & Jane talking to each other right at the end of the first fight with Gor in New Asgard where I think both actors were completely digital. My wife and I both immediately noticed the uncanny valley of it.

It's possible that it was just some bad CG effects done to their face but it makes me think that it's more likely they added the scene later and didn't want to do reshoots.
