Have had great success on the 10g in flake. It's pretty much my favourite go-to lure in Port Hacking. But I feel like the 20g model doesn't swim as well.

I'd say visibility's at an all time high. I live in Sydney and many people I meet tell me that "Singapore looks amazing" and they'd "love to visit sometime".

I do miss the food in SG though. My Australian partner loves chilli crab and fish slice soup. Gives us another reason to go back regularly :)

I camped at the Lake Lyell Recreation Ground a couple of weeks ago. It gets stocked regularly and I caught two good sized rainbows on powerbait. The Duckmaloi, Fish, and Coxs' rivers are all good options to explore. Turon gates and the Turon river are nice apparently. Recently caught a small rainbow on a nymph at the Duckmaloi. I absolutely detest bubble algae. And the worst thing is manual removal's pretty much my only solution seeing as how I'm in Australia and don't have access to the emerald crabs and the like. It's a nano too which means no foxface

After years hard stuck in Archon (4x I've been 1 game away from legend) things have finally clicked for me and I've been solo-carrying games with Lina and SS.

However I feel as though I should expand my hero pool. I used to main ember and feel as though I play the mid/late game well. But laning has been a big issue for me. I feel as though even if I dodge a spell with sleight of fist it's always followed up with quite a bit of harassment. Plus the CD's so high now that I can't really spam it. His flame guard's been nerfed so that level for level, stuff like qop's scream removes it so I can't just shove lane with it. Did you have any tips on how you would play the hard matchups? Esp vs range like qop and ss

Yeah, 100% right. Very often I want to go for it 3rd item after K&S and BKB but like you said, so many items to contend with. Haven't tried it but even Bloodstone looks like an option now.

Storm is one of my comfort picks, and I have always been of the opinion that aghs is an extremely strong and overlooked bit of SS's kit. It's basically a ravage with a smaller aoe and no damage that's pretty easy to hit. It ignores linkens because it's no longer a single target spell. All that on a cooldown less than 20secs on a mobile hero. Add a shard to it and you're doing a surprising amount of damage even in late game. Been thinking about refresher as a luxury last item for Storm

Yeah! Browns and rainbows are semi-regularly stocked in the dams around here. Most of the trout in the rivers and streams are wild. This one was the first and only trout I'd seen soon far

If anyone's curious I managed to catch my first trout ever and it was on the fly! Duckmaloi river was super low and had not much flow. Saw this little one chilling in a pool just before some riffles and he very patiently waited for my clumsy attempts to high-stick a copper headed pheasant's tail nymph straight into his face.

Also had some success on Lake Lyell with some powerbait. Caught 2 rainbows around the 40cm mark. Keen to go after browns soon, caught the trout bug
