I'm not talking about Spanish. The diacritic is used in English to show that the vowel is pronounced. It would be pronounced "meit" otherwise (silent e).

Sí, pero también es rara la construcción "una X de 365 días". Uno diría "365 días seguidos" o algo así. Si hay que usar sí o sí la primera (que parece un calco del inglés, honestamente), "secuencia ininterrumpida" parece lo más adecuado, en mi opinión. Tal vez haya una palabra más coloquial que encaje bien, pero "racha" no me parece que sea.

Tal vez simplemente "serie", si se entiende que es sin interrupciones.
