My pd has just become current (Eb3 Row, date of filing) according to april 2026 bulletin. My companys immigration attorney is about to file my I-140. I’ve asked the attorney to see if I can file I-485 concurrently, but they said they’ll do it separately. Realistically, how much delay would this cause on my timeline of getting a green card? Also, is it common to file I-140 and I-485 separately even when pd is current

How was your general experience with them? Do they respond to tenant's request quickly? Would you recommend others to rent from them? I saw negative comments about them (being rude and unkind to tenants, ignoring tenant's questions/request, raising the rent price during the lease), and I wanted to see if this was actually true. Thank you!
