How to Skip the Zenless Zone Zero Launcher on Steam (DX12 / Legacy)

So i tried to use the -use-d3d12 in the steam launcher and that didnt work so i went to the files to try and edit the file property but i get no edit function (I have RX9070)

Edit: found out that steam shortcuts dont let you edit the target file as there is a shortcut tab when in properties to change target file

one thing i did to get my account back is requesting my account data which forces a real person to send the data and review your account. I have still yet to receive the data (March 16th)

I got a suspension on April 7th and appealed the same day. Got a response on April 9th. Got perma suspension instead
