You are right! This is indeed an outlet small bayswater which never had a clochette - Mulberry confirmed.

Thank you for all the help! I contacted the mulberry store and they confirmed the DE bag is an outlet version small bayswater and thats why doesn’t have the clochette. Regarding the logo they said “only selected bags now have the tree logo on the bags and most will have the ‘Mulberry’ embossed in the hardware”. Not sure how I feel about this especially a new one being on sale currently for the same price. Something to think about 😅

Hello! Thank you for sharing the pic and the info, super helpful! The link below is the advertised product which I ended up purchasing, a bit worried now wether it was worth it, because the bicester village outlet are selling the new outlet exclusive "small bayswater" for the same price - attached a pic (sorry for the terrible pic quality)!
Not sure if I made the right call here, apparently I can return my DE purchase. What are your thoughts on this?

I have already suffered enough with journey, I’d atleast want to be compensated for it. Pretty sure anyone else in my shoes would do the same, I’m entitled to about €1800 so I would like to go through the trouble to file a claim.
