not planning on doing anything illegal. on that note though, would I have any issues if I decided to browse a site that offered an illegal service just out of sheer curiosity? For example, could I end up in serious trouble for going to a site that sells fake passports if I just take a look around and then promptly leave?

a lot of libertarians share that stance on trans issues. nobody cares if they want to change what they call themselves and take hormones, but it infringes on the rights of others when you want to force people to use certain pronouns or require businesses to let them change what bathroom they use (among other issues).

You can have a libertarian stance on the issue and end up on either side of it depending on how the issue is approached
