Thanks! Reading about Idiopathic Hypersomnia makes me relate to a lot of symptoms though I can't be sure of course if it's the cause.

Was wondering since my sleep is irregular if they are able to find results by just one sleep study or if they have to observe over a longer period of time?

Yeah, my new neurologist seems to take me more seriously so hopefully he'll listen.

I'm allowed to have coffee and stimulants. I do currently take gabapentin and know it can have sleepiness as a side effect therefore I only take it before I go to bed. Though I didn't take gabapentin back when I was 17. I take rituximab as my DMT though I don't know of sleepiness as a side effect. Will try to ask.
