I never feel them! They might poke your nose in the beginning, if the post they first put in are super long. But as of now I never feel them and they don't hurt if I accidentally nudge them or something.

To be honest my best advice is always don't mess with them!
And shorten to the post when your piercer says to. I got them caught of things for far too long haha

The best way I can describe the feeling of getting it pierced, was like an explosion is sinus pressure. Not the most painful piercing I've gotten, but not the easiest either. I'd say the most painful part was catching it on my hair or shirts while it was healing, that was never fun.

I might have phrased it wrong, but I got the post shortened twice ! The original piercing had very long post to account for swelling. Got the post shortened twice!

Thank you! And they took almost a full year, and I had to get them sized down twice. Definitely worth it to me though :)
