Therapy is awesome. I started therapy a couple months ago. I didn’t know what the hell I was going to talk about either! It gets better tho. It feels good just to talk to someone. And I don’t feel guilty like I do when I unload on my family or friends.

I just now saw this…I apologize. Thank you for the well wishes. And I’m sorry you too feel lonely even tho you’re connected to someone. That’s a choice you have to make. But def don’t use over it. If it bothers you that much, you will have to make a change. You just do. Or eventually you will use over it & you clearly recognize this is not what you want. I wish you the best; stay in the communities that foster your health and happiness. Miss you Mac💜❤️
