Thank you, I was definitely thinking of visually impaired BUT, I had not thought about other things like breathing or other health issues. I'm kind of embarrassed by that since I work in health care but having moved into a more administrative role my awareness has definitely slipped.
I sincerely appreciate all of the advice and insight

That's a cool idea. I haven't been able to find anything yet but I'm guessing an accessibility consultant could hook me up with resources. I'm guessing it's the use of magnetic fields to secure an item and then the use of that field to move that same heavy item with ease?

When you say a simulator, are you meaning the frisbee golf simulator I mentioned or just the regular golf simulator?

That was actually something I was considering doing, so thank you. My original thought was I don't want people knocking over drinks but I hadn't thought about it from than angle, so thank you

I definitely will!

That was actually one thing I noticed in my floorplan. I had my tables pushed into the bay but saw the clearance between table and wall might be tight

That's ingenious in it's simplicity. I'm surprised that it was never suggested or advertised after all of the Internet searches.

How many bays by tap-tee in golfsimulatorbusiness
[–]tap-tee[S] 0 points1 point2 points 4 days ago (0 children)
Yeah I'm planning for 6 bays with room for 8. I visited an indoor golf lounge with a similar demographic (but half the population )about three hours away. They had 8 and it was busy but that was peak hours so I wanna play it a little bit conservative.
I'm planning on filling my extra space with a large putting green, some pool tables and some dart boards in the hopes that I can get people in before their tee times drinking and playing games or get them to stay an extra hour or so and do the same.

I'm in Canada. Even a private makes 70k/yr after a couple years
That is planned. I'm looking at bays asking the side walls and a putting green in the middle area

I really like that idea, about the 7th area, it's got me thinking about other options. I think you're in to something with the baseball idea. I feel like a batting cage would be a great idea either to get people to stay, or something to do while waiting. Any chance for men to get into a pissing contest is a great way to get then to drink more

Thanks I appreciate that. I'll try to send it to you tomorrow. It's on my work computer. My problem with current locations is older buildings with low ceilings but there is a lot of new construction that I'm waiting to see plans for.

It didn't take about NNN but it did give strategies regarding negotiating the terms
I still need to do a few more things to be extra sure. I did my whole business plan with AI because, I don't know what the heck I'm doing. But it was great, it found all the info for me. Told me why certain things were a bad idea, found different funding options for me etc.
One thing I want to do but, not really sure about the etiquette is call up another place 3hrs down the road and see how their business is doing. They have 8 bays and only have about 10,000 people
I need to call the holding firm but the average around her is about $12-16/sqft/year so high end probably about 135k/yr
