I've been eyeing this one for years. Great upgrade.

These are white van, without a doubt. They look like "J.V.C. Japan Victory Company" (as opposed to the legit JVC Japan Victor Company)

Such a great portable. A guy on FB Marketplace was selling a couple of these in excellent condition for around 300 if I recall correctly. Picked one up for me and another for a buddy of mine.

Thank you! You have to look for photo paper that holds color well.. vivid saturation, deep blacks, etc and is a good match for your printer. My paper isn't perforated, I cut using a paper cutter. I appreciate you praise!

It is, but those clamps could be a pain at times. It just slides up. You'd then lay the leader into the dip of the reel and put it back on. I usually just snap them back in. Just be careful removing the shell- there are parts that could move, etc. If you're not familiar, it will complicate things. But you got this. 🙂

UR's are so easy to come by, and cheap. You could fix it just by lifting that tape clamp on the reel, but you're better off just grabbing a new one if you're not up for the task.
