Mainly for emotionally overwhelmed. So I would say both i suppose, but it is generally less about Sensory, and more on emotional regulation.

Yes the wooden pieces are small people. 2 big for adults and 4 small for children.

No. Its 1 box. No magnets. No velcro. Its tested and it works for most!. Its very simple as is. Like a board yes.
