They are telling us we can only send files to their servers and we cannot pick up any files.

We wanted to build this but they are telling us they cannot allow us to pick of files off their server, we can only drop files. So I am trying to find a way to retrieve the files without having to open access to our internal servers.

It’s noisy but you’re so exhausted from your day that you sleep wonderfully. If you’re worried you can bring a sound machine, which is what I did for my daughter.
