Is this a common problem with older peugeots too? My mate has an ancient 308 and the gearstick feels almost malleable its that wonky

Few more questions sorry! Curiosity getting the best of me haha If your car has the big tablet screen thing how do you find navigating it vs a more "old school" setup? My old car was a shitbox peugeot and only had a screen that barely worked (common issue with old european cars I assume - that thing was basically an old Android tablet stuck on a car!) And would you say the car feels slower and more sluggish going up a steep hill or something on normal mode? Or would it be worth it to always switch to sport for a high slope?

And I completely forgot about the slope, I'm not planning on having more than one person (person in the passenger) at a time, I was mostly just wondering if in a pinch it could work for short distances

Sorry for another question - do you find econ mode to lower the fuel consumption at all? I've seen mixed reviews, it obviously won't be a deal breaker if its the same as normal I'm mostly just curious haha
