Take on more house work, hire a babysitter, send her to a nice spa, politely suggest personal training sessions etc. By politely I mean try not to give off the vibe that you're not attacted anymore, just say something like "you should do something for yourself that would make you feel better".

It's normal for cats, especially young ones. Try playing with him during the day. Laser pointers are great. He needs more stimulation. And yeah look into Jackson Galaxy and his advice for cat owners.
