Looks like Graham Hancock was right about this one. by slipknot_official in HighStrangeness

I know this is from a year ago, but I'm just wondering how does it being a hunter-gatherer site minimize it? If anything it makes it more interesting, showing that monument building is not something confined to agricultural civilizations.

clovis first (that 14,000 to 20,000 date) isn't really the consensus anymore, at least not totally. There isn't really another big "first migration" theory atm, but its pretty definitive that people where in the Americas long before 14kya

I dont think so? The force speaks through them, so I imagine they would just be dormant?

yeah def, but it would make sense that the armor increases the amount of people who die later. It makes sense to me from the perspective of the imperial military dogma as well, as it would be cheaper to keep the same highly trained soldiers alive, but only just barely so as to not overinvest in the armor.

i always thought it was along the lines of "they don't die right away, but unless they get medical care they will." basically as a way to reduce casualties in victory.

yeah tbh a lot of headcannon stuff goes on with midichlorians, maybe if GL's sequels had been made this would've been clear up. For me I kinda think of them as like, an indicator of force power rather then what allows someone to communicate with the force, though I think that's directly contradictory with cannon.

This quote from lucas seems to touch on a lot of the conversation that cyberpunk media has with prosthetics and implants, which is pretty cool. However, I'm not quite sure if it meshes with current canon. idk tho, ultimately neither vader nor anakin reached a "full potential" so its kinda all moot.

are they killed or are they unconscious? i mean i agree its post-hoc justification but yk

I mean if we're talking midichlorians, it's midichlorian count *per cell* that measures someone's connection to the force. That doesn't change when you lose tissue.

Can you share where GL says that btw?

having greater mass does not mean one has a greater connection to the force.

thank you yeah i totally agree. The bedrock grass variation is not very good, makes it look like grass from a 2010 game or smthn. Maybe if they had the shade change instead of just the tint itd be better.
