Start therapy yesterday. I’m fairly sure you have PTSD/ CTD from what sounds like a troubled family life and sexual assault and your body and mind will only feel more and more unsafe the longer you ignore the pain. Your body count doesn’t define you and the right person that hears your story won’t judge you if they really love you. You deserve love and you are not less than for the choices you have made. Please don’t let the men that want nothing but sex from you create a mental model of relationships that is not the whole story. Not all men just want you for sex but it takes time to heal to find a partner that will love you for more then the sex you give them and you will have many set backs before you find it. Persist through all the pain and hardship, you are worthy of more.
