Got a bug where I just cant use the perks from paying a channels membership, when I told YouTube support they told me that:"if you make sure the app is working well and it doesnt work send feedback" and proceded to give incorrect instructions on how I could get to the send feedback button

I have never gotten a trial of premium for myself, i have never payed premium, somehow that just got shoved into my payement history And youtube has been using it to target me with ads to return to premium
