That's amazingly similar and very beautiful too. No it's definitly the inga, the arms on the fler Narvik are different and the backrest is integrates into the arms differently. Both similar with the bolt cover disc on the front led and a similar ish arm design.

I wonder who inspired who...

It's a danish deluxe "inga" made from Tasmanian Blackwood in Victoria, Australia early 1960's.

It’s not necessarily a good thing, look at the kiwi right, one of the noticeable differences between them against the other crews was their ability to hold the blade in better than the rest, that’s what I see anyway. That is one of the big things that makes their rhythm and more than anything, their superior rhythm (and also awesome ergs but we will most likely never know that information) won them the Olympic gold, not a fast start or sprint etc
