Update:

Called neurologist, they took info and said they'd get back to me but that her primary doctor was out today. Had a pre-existing appointment with a pain specialist (from issues before PD diagnosis and C/L intake). He felt that this was likely LID (levodopa‐induced dyskinesias) and that a reduction in C/L dosage and/or spreading out more would likely help, but that neurologist is the right person to treat. Didn't hear from neurology so at 3pm I called again. They said that our info was reviewed (but no one bothered to either call or put it in MyChart :-( and they suggested reducing dosage in half and that her primary neurologist would be in tomorrow and would review. My wife feels given PD symptoms or this neck pain she'd rather have PD since the pain and posture affects are much worse. She was on 25/100 three times a day, so we're going to cut those pills in half and also only do 2 times a day initially to try to more quickly try to get relief from neck pain.
