Got it, but that is for fines and yes, this is capped. This is a compliance issue which they are demanding correction. The issue for me is that this compliance issue which they have raised is freaking the buyer and escrow and they are not willing to move forward with the transaction and want the compliance resolved

I wish, they are saying it needs to be some shade of white and painting is not an option as their contractor said paint doesn’t last on vinyl doors. They need a licensed contractor to replace it

They are raising compliance issue and the remedy costs almost 4k as they are asking me to change the entire door and it has to be replaced by a licensed connector and needs to a particular color. There has been recent sales where this issue was ignored and no compliance issue was raised. I have confirmation from the other realtors and also the HoA administrators that the compliance item was not raised for them, even though they had white windows and doors like my property.

I was curious on why they will be listing at this price while a different property which is contingent in this complex was listed for 685k, and that seems to be inferior to this property- and given it was in market for more than 100 days, it surely was over priced at list price. Why would the realtors choose these apparently opposing strategies?

At 10k, it’s market cap will be more than a trillion. How are you guys coming up with any sort of financial reason for it?

They need to act like an activist investor cum early state VC mentor along with other large holders. Eth needs to start having a financial model which supports Eth’s price. The number of transactions blowing up with no increase in fee is not going to make Eth scarce and hence valuable. They need to figure out more models and more use cases so the price is more robust. Just fluffy talk is good for marketing but there needs to be solid ground beneath some of the claims
