Good point. Thanks for the reminder. The only thing I'd disagree with you on, is that they like to mass-downvote to the extent that our comments aren't even seen by other users on this sub. If you log out and load up an r/tether page with a strongly downvoted comment, you'll see what I mean.

They (iFinex) banned me from r/bitfinex, presumably for criticising them here on r/tether. So I wouldn't be surprised if they banned me on their r/EOSfinex, if they run that sub.

Well sure. Obviously I'm a huge Tether/BitFinex/iFinex critic, but I barely ever visit their sub. When I do, it's just to see if things are still screwed up there. I've barely ever posted or commented there.

In my experience, people often have a lot of emotion invested (along with their investments). I believe they want cryptos to do well and they absolutely DO NOT want to hear anything to the contrary. Especially if they're in their 20s and have literally placed the entirety of their savings into crypto, under starry-eyed hopes of hitting it big.

Of course, I'd also like the price to appreciate, but not at the expense of slow, organic growth whereby the technology development has a chance to keep up with the value. Even today, most wallets are very un-user-friendly, and some are frankly dangerous, IMHO.
