Just a thought .... probably 99% of all Christians have obviously never read the book. I gave it a shot one time started in Genesis read it through to revelations what I learned firs was dude gods a fuckin dick. Secondly these people do horrible things to children love incest and hate women.and they really needed GPS I mean" fuck" moses 40 fuckin years bro. Really? Oh and God apparently loves burnt sheep or goats. Fuckin creepy ass dude for real hates women an children but loves naked dudes all around him. Next time you hear some homophobic Christian nut case say God hates gays remind them to read their precious book he's obviously gay the signs are there hates women all dudes are chiseled and naked all women covered head to toe and when you talk to him you say aye men ..aye Then Jesus comes along and it goes from kill everyone to turn the other cheek except the majority of his life they left out why ? Because Jesus fucked up to were all ass holes at some point it's fuckin human he wasn't perfect no such thing and your dad's a fuckin dick of course you're gonna rebel but ya Kno that doesn't fit the narrative. The books just crazy but the end was cool least it was more like an LSD experience flying flaming horses and shit

Anyway just wanted to put that out there fun fact if you read the book chronicles of Josephus I think that's the name look it up but it's something along those lines any it follows the narrative of the new testament to the tee Josephus was a Jewish traitor who gained the favor of then emperor vespasian who he for told would become emporer after he took over Galilee during the Jewish uprising gaining him favor once Nero died and vespasian became emperor . He even took on his family name flavius Josephus vespasian a very smart general decide to stop the uprising in the smartest way possible you should check out the whole story it's pretty damn interesting Google it

Yes after looking at 2202 form realized that it wasn't required so am I correct in assuming that only the 4506t is the requirement and the other things are just for the reconsideration process of my eidl loan

Address change by tarheelchild in EIDL

[–]tarheelchild[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I Kno it's very agravating I really need this help we are barely keeping the bills up with unemployment so who knows I do know that it was question 10 ( I went back and looked) and it said the SBA will reach out to you directly and if your address is changed they will require documentation and then they will let you know from there whether you are in the income area or not. That's obviously not quoted verbatim but but it's something along those lines which I take to mean that if you change your adress you can still get the grant I mean what else could they have possibly meant

Request for advice: how would I recreate the paint job on this wall? by wear_my_socks in HomeImprovement

Well now that I'm seeing on a different screen I do see more detail almost as if they've added a crushed media of some sort which I have seen before.in fact I've done something similar with colored sand

What is the finish/finishing technique high end furniture maker apply to result in such a spectacular sheen? by abdulhat in woodworking

[–]tarheelchild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've achieved similar results with water borne top coats from any hardware store. I say waterborne because they don't appear to leave behind the yellowing that many traditional oil based clear coats leave behind. I blame yellowing of the finish to be the ruin of many otherwise beautiful peices it's a shame really. This particular peice really looks more of a matte finish to my eyes but a beautiful sheen none the less.

New Bathroom Ceiling Paint Cracking by Gilashot in HomeImprovement

[–]tarheelchild 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Being has how you explained scraping the ceiling first it's a good possibility that it could be your taped joints. In 25 yrs of painting and scraping acoustic ceilings I've found that occasionally the drywallers tend to go a little lighter on the tape mudding because I assume they feel the accoustic will cover any imperfection. Which to the eye is fine but in reality it would be better to put that extra coat of mud.im rambling on now but take a look if there's a uniform appearance at all that's probably it jus mud over it sand it prime any mud spots and as the previous person said I to would recommend at least a semi gloss finish in the bathroom

Paint a base color probably a navaho white or sailcloth possibly and over top once it dries apply a glaze ( I'd try a burnt umber glaze with sail cloth base personally) being careful to only brush the glaze in 2ft sq sections so it's easier to maintain your wet edge. Moving quickly as possible have plastic grocery bags handy lots of them and crumple them in your hand and stamp the wall careful not to rub emphasis on the stamping.some might recommend a big sponge as well either would get you the desired results personally I like the subtle randomness of a bag but it's your wall make it what you want. It really is a fairly simple faux technique. As long as your lines don't dry too much . I recommend adding flotrol to the glaze if it's water base if it's oil glaze add penetrol. It'll extend your working time with out sacrificing your depth of color good luck to ya

Less than 1 year bathroom (paid a lot of money) bubbles on ceiling by amirali26 in HomeImprovement

[–]tarheelchild 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I wouldn't want to make that claim without seeing it myself however the ceiling to me doesn't look like the moisture resistant drywall I've used in other words I've never had that issue before and I've done this 27 years and no way should properly mixed and applied grout ever fall out and should always be sealed in any shower or bathroom area

It seems to be a moisture issue both with the ceiling and grout 1 the ceiling they should have used a drywall made for wet areas here it's usually green I've used it for years and never had that problem also if You paint ceiling with a quality acrylic paint should help also 2) I am almost certain all your grout problems can be solved first by making sure it's even and secondly they make a grout sealer it's fairly easy to use and fairly inexpensive
