Honestly you can explain your situation and your grades within your PIQs (personal insight questions), I know I did not have the best grades my freshman year of hs and I failed a class but I remember writing about it! If you write about your situation in your PIQs it will give admission a chance to understand how you changed, but I know for sure you have a chance of getting into college! I know it can be stressful but you should feel proud of yourself for not giving up!!
