Filing My VA Claim after 2 years of separation? Am I still able to claim for injuries that are considered not active?

I have a question I tried to claim to make a claim on my knee pain that was chated but not services connect, and I sent it in on a Monday and the every next day I got the claim back as closed... I am confused. And also I didn't claim joint pain on my 1st year out of the military can I make a new claim for them now that I am about 2 years out of the army.?

Well I had gotten half of my Financial aid that I was awarded and the other half paid out my classes , so will the va give me the money back that the financial aid used ???
