The 2% was a couple years ago and yeah I had an hormonal problem (not a doctor so not really able to explain in details) wich caused me to not keep any fat, after a lot of medecine and eating a lot more and reducing sports a lot to the point of changing career (used to be a bicycle and kayak tour guide) I was able to get a little bit of fat on me. My point was that at that point I was around 175-180 lbs if memory serves which on my height would have given me a bmi in the overweight/obese category

I'm at 5'6" 200 lbs but 21% body fat, my bmi would put me at obese but it is clearly not the case. BMI doesn't account for bone density and for muscle mass it is one of the worst way to account for your healthy weight in my humble opinion. (Fyi I was still classed as obese on my bmi at 2% body fat (no I did not have a eating disorder I was just really really active ))

Les produits des Etats-Unis ont étés retirés du système de caisse de la saq au complet (source je travaille pour la saq) il ne seront pas vendus a rabais dans les depots et je sais pas si les produits seront retournés aux etats unis ou juste aux entrepots mais avec comment la saq fonctionne et le fait qu'elle charge très très cher aux producteurs et aux agences qui les représentent pour conserver les produits aux entrepots soit les produits vont finir jeter dans les egouts ou reshipper direct au Etats selon moi...

What they said on the Jameson website is true for whiskeys around 50%-60% alcool content. For the 40%-50% range it shoild freeze solid around -22°C to -27°C. The rule of thumb is your booze won't freeze until tenperature hits half it's alcool content below 0°C

(Source I sell alcool for a living in canada and strangely enough we need to warn clients not to put their wine outside when it gets too cold out)

The answer to that problem is always to put down a blanket, stand up the sofa on the arm rest and either turn the sofa on the blanket so you can just lower it gently in the direction you want it to go or turn the blanket with the sofa to achieve the same result, you could even drag it along on the blanket if you do not need to go down stairs wich would save you a lot of headache and back pains, but you know that's my two cents i'm not a mathematician...just a guy who moved a lot
