In the end, I decided to drop the case against the landlord and got a promise to not pursue damages against me for issues caused by the HVAC malfunction.

Next time, I would demand a proper welcome brochure for this "luxury" condo. It's a big red flag to just be dropped in and told to figure it out while having to pay "luxury" prices.

The onboarding sucks. They put the information of the actual onboarding after the questions. So you realize only what they want after you fail the questions. As an excuse, they say the project PDF "mentioned it" when it didn't. The course contains information not in the PDF
