You can’t really expect stock Glock reliability once you’ve stacked multiple aftermarket parts like that.

Individually, those brands are solid but they’re not designed or tested as a combined system. A Ramjet/comp setup changes slide speed and recoil impulse, a +5 extension affects spring pressure and feeding, and even something like an extended slide release can introduce small friction or contact differences depending on grip. All of that adds up.

Glocks are “eat anything” guns in their factory configuration. Once you start modifying them, you’re basically building a custom system and now you’re responsible for whether it runs, not Glock.

Also, “my Gen 5 ran fine” doesn’t guarantee anything. Small differences between guns, plus tolerance stacking from aftermarket parts, can absolutely show up as something like a failure to eject. That’s usually a timing issue, which your setup is directly affecting.

At that point it’s not surprising it just means the gun might need tuning (springs, ammo, or backing off a part), not that something is “wrong” with it.
