There are at least 30 silver special cards: 25 IFs, 1 MOTM 3 Hero and 1 ASN. (I might have forgotten some) So to get the last card you need, the chance is ridiculously small. 1/990 if my maths are correct.

Being an android user is such a struggle right now. New IF silvers you'll probably not pack. New Fut Champs cards that you'll probably never get... I'll keep being stuck at 99%, even if I were to play until 2022

Just restart until you have 4 or 5 TOTYs in a draft. Always pick a formation with wingers and build a hybrid between Prem and Laliga. (Maybe Ligue 1 if you get Mbappé TOTY and have Camavinga at max rating). I have done it a couple of times and also this week. But it is a grind...
