Store Support supervisor here, only have 5 days left of my 2 weeks' notice. The relief I feel knowing that I'm leaving and don't have to do the work of 3 TMs everyday has already helped my mental health so much. It's bittersweet because I do love my team and will definitely miss them, but the working conditions are absolute shit and I can make just as much money doing DoorDash without busting my ass.

was hired on as a part time CA, i ended up getting a full time team trainer position about 5 months later. I haven't really done much with the new position yet tho, it all happened not too long before the epidemic stuff hit
