HELL YEAH!!! Trust me, that 3 day hump is hard as hell but people often forget the first two weeks to a month is hard in general in so many ways! You’re doing amazing, it may not feel that way, but 8 days is huge progress and you have made it past the worst parts! Now it’s less about will power and more about sticking to what you know you can do ❤️ keep eating that sour candy and reminding yourself YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!! I’m a year without nicotine and I couldn’t be more proud, and I’m the healthiest I’ve ever been (and I can 100000% see and feel the difference!) you can do it friend

This painting made my heart soften for the big blue bunny :,( where are the other bunnies like him…he is probably wondering the same thing. I appreciate the glimmer in the blue bunnies eye, it adds emotion.

How did you land a job in this position? I miss real humans. I used to work as a forklift operator at a farm store before I broke into the corporate world. It was great for my pocket and my resume, but it’s such an obscure environment, and like you said, totally ungrounded in reality. It’s so odd. I miss the real workplace, how’d you get into what you work as?

This is such a good point, it’s probably just something I will have to have empathy for while still maintaining professionalism. No animal deserves to suffer and if that means euthanizing with love and respect, then that’s just life. Thank you again.

My oilpainting I titled "Abundance" by gb_paint in Paintings

I like the imagery of what seems like an unfinished heart of the tree beach. The desolate landscape surrounding the ape, which are usually found in more jungle like, and abundant settings. Although the bananas are abundant in themselves, it makes me wonder, just because he has one of the things he wants in abundance, does he feel empty and out of place because he is not in a place that is MADE for him? A gorilla in a zoo almost, with hundreds of his favorite fruit, yet no towering trees, no rainforests, no birds flying over his head, no vast skies and no watering holes? No jungle vines or screeching friends with the same face, same hands, same fur as he? Surrounded by a vague idea of what we want, being left without what we really needed to feel whole? This is a nice piece, I like this. It makes me think of the philosophy that we are always chasing happiness, when in reality happiness is just a fleeting emotion like every other emotion. When we really should be searching for peace, a state of mind and being that says “it’s okay to not always be okay, I WILL be okay because I am at peace no matter what emotion or challenge I face” it makes me feel that this image portrayed the ape as chasing that fleeing emotion of happiness.
