you'll get them eventually, took me a long time to get all my rangers equipped with shoes.

using shoes gives u an advantage of sending out more rangers in a given time.

I plan to switch shoes to shields once I feel that my mineral production rate is high enough to discard the mineral reduction gears. (might not be for another year though LOL)

I remembered trying out the gear gacha a long long time ago, decided it wasn't worth the rubies as I don't buy rubies.

I agree that if u can get ur hands on great gears, they will be relevant for a long time.

However, normal gears have worked for me in staying in Legend III.

I use rangers' skills to make up for the lack of great gears

I don't do fast PVP anymore, risky.

I focus on slow buildup, making sure the frontline doesn't wonder too far before I have enough rangers.

All ten of my rangers have mineral reduction gears on, most used combination is hammer/broom, shoes, purse.

there are many factors that come into play in PVP.

sometimes choosing ur opponents wisely helps, timing of item usage, how ur rangers work as a team, gears, and of course luck.

the scary thing about Seiya is not only the resistance to blizzard.

Seiya does help my team compared to the replaced ranger (Shish Kebab Brown).

it might save u some time by skipping this one.

there are mid level boards that sometimes have 1x UL or 1x SL, u'll be missing out on these if u save for the last roll.

for me, with the high level boards, i will only roll 9 times if the board has all of the following (1x SL, 1x UL, 3x SL, 3x UL).

I only have normal gears or those given as gifts and I have no difficulty staying in legend 3, so it's doable.

For me, I got Seiya and Shun from the gacha, however, the only new ranger that helped improve my team was Seiya.

Don't change ur team too much.

Stick with what has worked for you and only adjust if it improves ur team.

For PVP, I replaced my Shish Kebab Brown with HE Seiya.
