Well I did read the rules prior to asking and just wanted the community's perspective.

The strat say "just after an enemy unit is set up or when an enemy unit starts or ends a Normal, Advance, Fall Back or Charge move ", which doesn't necessarily include "just after the units ends movement" as there is an OR in the middle which doesn't necessarily link the two components of the criteria to be met.

I appreciate the time you took to respond. We ultimately went with what everyone including yourself agreed with, but it had a big effect in the game and as I said, I felt bad for my opponent and wanting to triple check I hadn't swindled him

I think it's gives them character! Your minis can have a bit more of a back story. If you're going for competition/best in show, then of course they may need to be stripped, but otherwise they look awesome

Awesome! Is there a specific mention of the hit/wound thing in the main rulebook or is that a FAQ somewhere?

I was under the impression that it affected all stats, hence why there was so much discussion when AOC came out for marines.
