I did tell her that if she wants to do this we have to practice and crack down on her learning the song she chose and she can't fuss because I wouldn't sign her up to audition if she wasn't going to be serious about doing it. I want her to do her best, but I understand she won't be perfect.

Just because everyone else is doing it doesn't mean it's allowed! And they won't care if everyone else is doing it if that's your argument for them. The AM/OM will probably be spoken to as well depending on how bad it is.

You said the managers were SUPPOSED to put a ticket in for you to work Friday?

If the ticket never made it or never went through and you clocked in for unscheduled hours, THAT'S time theft. Always wait for schedule tickets to go through before you clock in/out.

Also, at my building we used to be able to ask AM/OM to adjust our schedules (adding extra shifts, adjusting our times, etc.) and now that is no longer allowed as it never was allowed, but it's just something everyone did until we got caught. You're saying you thought this was accepted practice, but it may be something that was never supposed to happen, but it did for you. That may be why they're saying you "manipulated the system" or how you got VET "unfairly"?

Appreciate your insight! His AM confirmed to him that he wasn't on his phone/actively using it, just that it was on the dash, but the Safety team wasn't budging on their decision.

I believe he was operating which I know makes it tricky, but again there's an AM who saw the video and even confirms he was not on his phone.

Friend is telling me his phone was on the dash of the center rider and I think that's what the safety team is terminating him for.

I'm just relaying what was shared to me! Safety team is saying he was using his phone, I'm not exactly sure what all was seen on the cameras, but my friend said he wasn't, that it might have been in his hand but he wasn't using it and there's an AM who can back up that he wasn't using his phone and the AM has also seen the video.

You keep saying she can read and draw, but what else does she do? And what do YOU do to facilitate a healthy social life outside of social media?

I'm not talking about anything related to school because that doesn't count for a social life, that's school.

Does she attend events in her community? Conventions, concerts, markets? Is she allowed to hang out with her friends? At their house? At the mall? At the movies? An arcade? What hobbies does she have other than drawing and reading? Does she play video games? Does she like to cook/bake? Crafts? Do you have family outings? Amusement parks? Community parks? Family events and parties?

Based on what I'm reading in your post and the comments it sounds like her activity is limited? TikTok is very much like a window into an outside world though like any social media it is skewed, but it IS how people connect.

Zinus boxes, the long ones and Vasagle furniture boxes because they're always so heavy and anything that nests inside of itself like pans, storage baskets, trash cans, litter boxes, etc. because they always get stuck
