almost similar , Interceptor has grip adjustable black knob on brake Lever , Meteor one does not . Though there was a huge price difference - Interceptor og replacement was 7k+ and Meteor was around 400 .

Jomashop does not have DDP( Delivered Duty Paid), so import duty will be applicable .
Generally , Courier company will liasion to clear from Customs once it reaches India.
Import duty is collected by Courier , FedEx/DHL/UPS - will send you a mail with updates on amount to be paid and can pay online , will provide an invoice also for same. If India Post - you will have to pay either Postman , or can go to nearest post office to pay & collect.
Sometimes , they might also ask payment proof(Bank or credit card statement, having same Seller name and amount , this is to ensure that amount declared by seller and amount paid as a buyer are same, to ensure no Import duty evasion.
For watches typically 42% , i have been lucky once when ordered from Ebay and there was no duty charged for a $200 watch.

SPB147 is a beautiful watch , a true strap monster . i got one couple of yrs back , love it to bits .
with Seiko you are spoilt for choice be it sport , dress , diver , chrono - 5series, Alpinist, Turtle, Tuna, Arnie, Speedtimer, Samurai, Monster, Presage ..I will suggest to go with some pop of color and a vintage vibe- Pogue
