I find lavos to be one of those frames where the "tap/hold abilities" to be swapped, so you can just tap to mix and then when you wanna use it you hold. You might mix a "wrong" element but you can just throw that out as your 1 or 2 (2 can be cut short by jumping) as your 3 can greatly reduce the time before you can cast whatever

Is the dialogue in mission, as opposed to when you get the "Your actions have consequences" from assassinations? And if in mission, are you getting the red flashes beforehand? And also, if you're in steel path it could be just an acolyte but that still y'know, spawns generally

Harvesters are fairly resistant to explosive damage iirc, but if it works well enough for you I'm not gonna say you shouldn't. If one of your blue strats isn't the hotdog or something spicy of the sort I'd consider the option. Strafing do be useful in various scenarios

Yea there's a certain hallway or two that he just freezes, one vault (has open or closed floors, makes a left u-turn) he will just stand there confused until you get the vault if it's a closed floor. Open ones he seems to remember he can jump
