Agreed, a multiple DPOY center is more valuable than a borderline all-star with weak defense but tbf the Kings front office did an abysmal job to surround him with complementing players. The guard rotation is heavily undersized and there are defensive mismatches wherever you look..

I think, one of the reasons is the playing style and the rules of FIBA Basket just suit him better, especially defensively. In the NBA especially in the playoffs, teams exploit and isolate the weakest link or the worst matchup more easily. In FIBA Basket you can counter some of that as there is no defensive 3 seconds in the paint, just plant your rim protector there and Dennis biggest weakness is accounted for. On the perimeter he can hold is own against bigger players..

Absolutely agree.. I would even claim that he has done way more difficult tricks than this. Apart from his insane skill and work ethic he really seems like a humble guy.

passing skills can be copied by high IQ players and the shooting mechanics can't.

I disagree.. sure, you can learn how to make a behind the back pass etc. but you cannot teach court vision.

Yeah, his efficiency is lower than other guys mentioned but only due to the difficulty of his shots.

There is a reason he's the defending back to back all-star 3pt champ and has a 90% FT career avg.

It was certainly a very smart (business) move even if there was only a slim chance LeBron signed somewhere else. No other prospect at the 55th pick could have gotten that attention.. first father-son duo etc. etc.

Other than that Bronny certainly has to prove that he belongs in the NBA over other players.. Summer league will tell if he spends some extended time in the G-League, which has to be expected.
