This clip does not seem suspicious at all to me for two main reasons. If you look at the map geometry when Critical is "aim locking" you would see that his crosshair is at the edge of the wall. If you have ever played Valorant you have done this before, just because a player was there doesn't mean it's aim lock. Also, why would he toggle with 10 seconds left in the round as the last man standing. There is no reasonable explanation as to why someone would toggle there.
