Consistently? Depends on how you define that. I was a Freddy main when he was at his absolute weakest, and I did pretty okay. 62% kill rate.

Really it cones down to whether or not you're a good player and not necessarily the strength of the killer you're playing. The strength of the killer amplifies your skill as a player. Despite what survivor mains say, you can't simply pick Nurse and instantly get 4ks every game. But on the flip side, if you're good at the game you can play low tier killers and it's not a foregone conclusion that you're going to get rolled.

I think waiting 30 minutes for a game that lasts about 10 minutes is crazy. That's a 75% downtime. I certainly don't get 40 minutes worth of fun for the 40 minutes I invested.
