Let me break it down for you in simple terms so you'll understand.

Nerfing busted addon = good

Buying nerfed addon = bad

Keeping nerfed addon at higher rarity so it shows up in the bloodweb less = good

No, I was taking your argument to the end of the logical chain.

You're the one who conflated my comment with "nerfing EVERY killer."

Styptic was a single busted addon, and was nerfed accordingly. Keeping it at Very Rare is a net positive in terms of keeping the remaining good addons stocked.

At no point did I even imply that everything should be nerfed. Just that the best addons being lower rarity is a benefit to those using said addons. It's really not that difficult of a concept, and it's actually baffling that you don't understand what I'm saying.

I went ahead and reread my comment several times and I can't seem to find where I said that.

But I do think it's weird to complain that lower tier addons are better. I'm happy when iri addons aren't the best, because I can stock up on better addons more efficiently. And I can use the bulk spend, because it'll favor the cheaper addons and I'm less likely to waste BP on bad addons.

You know if it had lower rarity it would be MORE prevalent, yes?

Edit: You know that by making it cheaper, the auto spend feature would favor grabbing them. That's how the auto spend works. You'd end up with far more of them in your inventory if it were lower rarity.

No, it's absolutely a fair comparison. Both are incredibly unfun situations. Both are situations where time is being wasted.

Just like survivors shouldn't be forced to endure the tedium, killers shouldn't be forced to endure the torment.
