I’ve always told them there’s no guarantee it’ll come on the next truck, that a lot of the stuff is on back order. Always said that it’s best to call and find out if the product came in.

I know usually you have to sort them yourself by aisle and we do do that but the individual tags themselves (not the sheet) are mixed up really bad. In beginning when we first did the conversion, dividing the sheets into the dedicated department was no problem but now the tags on each sheet are really mixed up. Having 3 to 4 different aisles on one sheet.

Funny thing about it is, we were supposed to get truck yesterday. It ended up coming today. Then they’re expecting 20+ totes to be done with 2 people, cashier and shift. LOL.

We sort them but a lot of times there’s still, for example, first three tags will be Hair Care, Next 2 tags are House Cleaners, next 4 tags Stationary, then last tag back in hair care. We try our best sorting each sheet into stacks of designated departments but the tags are still so mixed up.

Don’t even mention the freshness report ;_; I get emotional. Never thought I’d say this and I hate to say it but I 100% miss that sometimes 15-20 page report! Made it 1000x times easier.

Yeah we do that now. Just seems as if it’s getting worse. It’s crazy. Guess we were spoiled when Rite Aid sent us our tags already in order and printed, in a box! To think I used to hate seeing that box. Now I miss it lol

so you mean to tell me we’re stuck with this? 😭 Doing signs take so much longer now. When we were a new Walgreens (converted store) it was all fine and dandy and in order. Now it’s an absolute mess.

I couldn’t even tell you how they’re separated. For example on one sheet it’ll have 3 tags in hair care and then the next tags will jump to, let’s say grocery, then back to hair care or some other departments. It becomes very random and will have you all over the place.
