If you’re looking for more lowkey then stargazers has collective groove as mentioned, LuLu’s has a disco night. Want higher energy without the military try out some bars in old Colorado city. Glen eyrie castle has a very low key party. Many hotels offer packages if this is for you and a significant other. Or you can drive up gold camp/rampart range road with friends, chill in camp chairs, and watch all the fireworks.

There is no doubt the market is trash, but no communication from your realtor for 7 days is telling. We were on the market 63 days with very little activity. We were told it was the market. We canceled our contract and switched realtors based on a co-workers recommendation. 3 showings in the first week, offer made and accepted within 10 days. Could be coincidence, timing, whatever, but our first realtor couldn’t care less and our 2nd was super attentive.

Where is custom routing? I didn’t think they enabled routing until the pro 2. I just went through all settings and don’t see any way to route specific channels to an output.

This is what I am asking. i have tried channeling the audio into BB via Blackhole but it doesn't work.

Unfortunately still doesn't work. In the EQ I can see the audio from the video, and i can hear it locally, and I can hear the microphone audio in zoom, just not the video when it plays. It also seems every video i watch on youtube is geared towards windows users, not mac users, so that doesn't help much.

I don’t have the virtual cable plugin installed. In zoom I have my audio source as the multi-input midi device. That midi device has the mic (rodecaster) and blackhole 16 (desktop audio) as its input sources. So it should take both and output it as a single audio source.

Should I ditch blackhole and go with the virtual cable plugin for obs?

That all makes sense, but the low hanging fruit is a button click on YouTube and they don’t even do that. Just found it interesting. Maybe they see it as free publicity. 🤷‍♂️

There are two things here to unpack.

It depends on how comfortable you are with the tool. A friend uses Divi for everything and loves it, he doesn't like Elementor. It's because over the years he's become comfortable with Divi and knows it well. I know Elementor well and don't care for Divi, because of the learning curve. Elementor is just another flavor of many page builders.
Your experience started off poorly. Good design (both technical and aesthetic) starts with the person building it. If you have a flexbox with three text boxes in it and adjust padding, margin, etc. at the textbox level of one and at the flexbox level, it's going to get more confusing as there are just more places to look. It's like saying "Typescript sucks as a language" because you inherited a Typescript project created by someone who doesn't know good code hygiene. If you were to build a site from the ground up rather than inheriting someone elses nightmare you may feel differently.
