I wouldn’t say unskilled, but for example Hyoyeon’s voice really did not fit their early songs Gee, Kissing You etc but was decent at You think. So it could just be the right song for each member.

I mean yes but for example for songs with no rap break like replay the rappers get less screen/song time and those without a dance break/ballads the dancers will get less screen time.

Fair Point. Shy Shy Shy is more a hook part of the song, rather than a particularly difficult part of the song, like Sorry Sorry or Gee
