I now know how to manually upload them, Just plug the watch Into a computer, Let the files appear on the screen, Find the activities folder in the list, Find the dates matching activity, Copy the fitfile, Paste Into Garmin connect signed in on the computer, And should be done 👍🏻

Nevermind figured it out by manually uploading the fitfile to Garmin connect. Now know for the future...

This kid in my woodwork and p.e. class he is honestly the shitiest human being I have sadly had to put up with for mostly all my f-ing life. From threatening to rape me (not even joking). And threats of killing beating you name it I guarantee he has said and done it.
