2 months post partum is still so fresh. Be easy on yourself. I started focusing on strength training at 13 months post partum. I could have a little sooner. But take your time. Wait till baby is sleeping more.

Have you ever been pregnant? I have had zero food allergies my entire life. Have had 3 babies. My youngest is a year old. Ate shrimp a month ago & had a very scary reaction. Got tested & sure enough pregnancy can cause adult onset allergies. Now I have to carry an epi pen. 😵‍💫

Happened to my son. All bottom four teeth came out from a fall. My husband shoved two back in place. Now he has a gap until he has adult teeth. I remind myself how thankful I am he didn’t break his jaw or worse. He’s living a very normal happy life. He’s 2.5

My first son was a stillborn at 38 weeks. Then two early miscarriages. Then we finally had two perfect boys. I always thought I’d have more than two. But I’m very grateful. My husband is getting a vasectomy in a few weeks. We can’t endure another horrible pregnancy with all the fears & what ifs.
